What are CTC and CEC and why should I think of applying?
Certified Team Coach (CTC) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) are two ambitious and well known Scrum Alliance Guide-level certifications designed for qualified coaches, mentors, and leaders in the agile framework.
CTC is for Agile Coaches who make an impact at team level, work with multiple teams at the same time and whose experience spans across multiple functional areas of the business. This learning journey teaches you to master facilitation, coaching, mentoring and teaching, be able to distinguish when each stance is appropriate and boost your effectiveness as an Agile Coach.
CEC is for Agile Coaches who make an impact at the organisational level, interface with senior leaders and whose experience spans across multiple organisations and sectors. The CEC is suitable for those with more advanced skills in professional coaching . This learning journey teaches you to boost your effectiveness as an Enterprise Coach, your confidence to work with senior leaders and it is a major milestone in your career growth.
Both certification paths give you a structure to grow your mindset, skills and tools to bring incredible value when working with teams, leaders, and organisations. They stretch you to go beyond what you currently know and transform who you are as a Coach by increasing your self-awareness, the breadth of your knowledge and the impact you can make at all levels in an organisation.
How can we support you in this journey?
We partner with you in several ways to help you navigate the application process with the support of a CTC and CEC certified mentor. You need support to go on this journey: you need a guide that can help you truly understand the questions and give you feedback on whether your coaching mindset is coming across in your application.
We work with you in a 3-month competency-building program aimed at strengthening facilitation, coaching, mentoring and teaching skills that are necessary to be an effective coach and achieve these ambitious certifications.
We also partner with you on your CTC or CEC application to give you mentor feedback about your readiness, strengths and stretches.

The CTC mentoring program provided me a path of understanding through my application process, where I got support from Lucia and others who had attended the sessions.
