Systemic Coaching Masterclass

This masterclass will equip you with some advanced tools to be an effective team coach, whilst being aware of the systems you are working in. You will also learn that, as a Systemic Team Coach, the most important tool is yourself. The quality of your coaching lies in ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’ and your presence can make the difference in the impact you make on those you coach. It relies on your awareness of what is going on here, now, between you and your teams.

What you will learn

• Difference between a team and a group and how you operate differently with both
• Key elements of team effectiveness and how you can setup effective teams
• Art of effective team coaching through role modelling key roles
• Practicing how to use systems relationship map in coaching
• Stakeholder centred approach to uncover the tensions and needs of the system relationship map (‘In the shoes of’ coaching technique)
• Stepping into ‘self as instrument’ to leverage yourself as the most important tool
