Coaching Dojo – focus on the Session Agreement

Our Coaching Dojo is a structured and supportive environment where coaches come together to practice and refine their coaching skills through practice and MCC feedback at no cost! The roles of coaches, client, and observers will rotate across participants. This gives everyone the opportunity to experience and learn from different perspectives. By registering to this event, you will be joining just one session.

A series focused on exploring the ICF Core Competencies and PCC Markers

Our Dojo is now a structured series: we focus on one Core Competency and its PCC Marker in every monthly session, so we can train one muscle at a time and work together on your development.

    Here’s Lucia’s introduction.

By joining our Dojo, you will get access to an incredibly valuable video course where Lucia explores the ICF Core Competencies and PCC markers, enabling you to demonstrate these principles even more skilfully in your practice. Together, we will deepen your understanding and enhance your effectiveness.

    Rules of the dojo

    • When: we meet monthly to debrief the ICF PCC markers videos and practice with mentor and peer feedback.
    • Cost: this dojo is completely free of charge if you want to just learn; there is a 250 euros feel if you want to earn CCEs.
    • Safety: This is a safe space for learning and growth. Be kind to the coach in the spotlight.
