In this first module, you’ll begin your transition from proficient coaching to true art by stepping into the mindset and discovering the nuances of master-level coaching. You’ll explore each ICF Core Competency in depth, gaining a clear understanding of MCC-level behavioural expectations.
Through focused practice, live session reviews and mentor feedback, you’ll refine your language, presence, and impact, integrating subtle but powerful shifts into your coaching style and work on your developmental areas towards MCC.
This module is designed to accelerate your growth and build the confidence needed to embody the art of coaching with clarity, consistency, and depth.
This module is a deep dive into the inner work that sustains artful coaching, because true impact starts with who you are and how you show up in the coaching room, not just what you do.
You’ll learn to cultivate presence, stillness, and deep listening as foundational MCC-level capacities.
Together, we’ll explore humility, vulnerability, curiosity, and identity work to strengthen your authenticity and deepen the coach-client relationship.
Through mindful awareness and somatic noticing, you’ll expand your perceptive field and learn to read what’s not being said.
You’ll also practice using relational tools like mirroring, summarising, and metaphor to build resonance and trust, and develop the courage to ask bold, intuitive, and minimal questions that challenge and transform.
Guided by Lucia Baldelli MCC, this module offers structured mentor coaching to fine-tune your transition to MCC-level performance.
Our program is your most direct, supported, and enriching path toward ICF MCC certification — designed to help you embody coaching mastery with clarity, depth, and confidence. This program offers a comprehensive journey that combines advanced training, reflective practice, and expert mentoring. Once you’ve met the ICF certification requirements, we can serve as your accreditors.
Program inclusions:
What’s not included:
The MCC is the highest-level credential awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). It recognizes coaches who demonstrate deep presence, advanced skills, and the ability to create transformational impact in every session. It requires a PCC credential, extensive coach training, and 2,500 hours of coaching experience.
The MCC sets you apart as a master in your field. It enhances your professional credibility, attracts high-level clients, and affirms your commitment to the ethics and artistry of coaching. Beyond the external recognition, the journey to MCC is an inner evolution, sharpening your presence, deepening your listening, and refining your impact.
A Level 3 program provides a structured, ICF-aligned path to MCC certification. It includes all educational components required for your application, reducing the need to assemble multiple courses. More importantly, it prepares you to coach at the MCC level through focused practice, feedback, mentoring, and reflective work.
Yes. To enrol in a Level 3 program, you must hold an active ICF PCC credential and have completed a Level 2 (or equivalent) program. If you’re renewing your PCC and not planning to apply for MCC, the training hours can still count toward your credential renewal.
No. All MCC performance evaluations are conducted directly by ICF-appointed assessors. They are trained to apply MCC-level performance standards with rigour and consistency across the board.
Yes, it’s possible to apply via the Portfolio Path. However, this route requires 200+ hours of coach-specific training and does not offer the dedicated preparation, structure, or targeted mentoring of a Level 3 program. It’s more complex and less supported.
Even though accreditation approval is not guaranteed, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of coaching education, and we will work with ICF for a successful conclusion.
PCC reflects solid coaching skills and professionalism. MCC represents coaching mastery, marked by intuitive presence, depth, and the ability to create transformational insight with ease and subtlety. At the MCC level, coaching becomes artful and fully human.
Absolutely. Our Level 3 pilot program is designed to build on the foundation of your Level 2 training and help you grow into MCC-level presence and impact. You’ll go deeper into what truly distinguishes masterful coaching.
Yes, our modules are flexible. You can enrol in individual courses and receive a certificate of partial completion, which can be used toward your ICF training hours. Each course offers value on its own, while contributing to the broader journey if you choose to complete the full program.
