At the core of the assessment is the Leadership 360, which evaluates four essential dimensions:

Lucia is an Italian leadership and team coach with over 20 years’ experience in human development. She began her career in process improvement, quickly realising that meaningful change happens through people. Her approach is rooted in deep inner work, emotional intelligence, empathy, and grounded presence.

She works globally with leaders, executives, teams, and coaches, offering one-to-one leadership coaching, systemic team coaching, and coach development through training, mentoring, and supervision.
