Whether it’s guiding coaches to amplify their impact or helping teams reach challenging objectives, I believe in seeing ourselves as a work in progress and always learning and growing.
I created Coaching Outside the Box with two clear passions: to help others succeed through coaching, and to empower coaches to amplify their impact. Today, I work with coaches, executives, and teams to inspire real transformation. I’m also Italian — but you wouldn’t know it if you heard me speak English or Spanish. I spent 8 years in the British corner of Andalusia, Gibraltar.
Co-author of the Amazon best-selling book The Human Behind the Coach, which won the Specialist Business Book 2024 award.
Back then, I was a Process Improvement Consultant and I quickly realised that coaching was the best way to help teams grow. So, I decided to start my professional coaching education.
While I honed skills to be more impactful with my teams, the real transformation came from the inner work I did. Improved self-awareness, empathy, and social intelligence helped me connect with others more deeply. Leaders noticed and my career bloomed.
I realised that having a coaching mindset isn’t just for coaches. It’s for anyone willing to step off-stage and help others grow. So in 2016, I founded Coaching Outside the Box to help others experience and live the same powerful transformation.
I’ve since partnered with hundreds of coaches and leaders worldwide, helping them strengthen their impact and lead with purpose.
Working with organisations, teams, and 1:1, I offer training, mentor coaching, and supervision designed to foster growth, collaboration, and sustainable success.
I’m passionate about sparking the same personal transformation in others that I have experienced myself. I help coaches go beyond the foundational skills and embrace humanity in their coaching practice to fully focus on the person in front of them and become true change-makers.
I’m driven by a passion to help others cross the finish line, which is why I support leaders as they navigate the complexities of their roles, overcome what’s holding them back, and work to become better leaders. I also volunteer as an executive coach for non-profits that help emerging leaders manifest the change they want to see in the world.
Lasting change starts with looking at the complex web of relationships and interactions within your organisation. I love leveraging human dynamics to cultivate positive, productive outcomes. I work with teams and organisations to build internal coaching capabilities and create environments where collaboration and growth thrive.
Whether you’re a coach looking to step into the leader you want to be or an executive aiming to create a more resilient, innovative organisation, I can help you reach your next level.
